Shipping and returns
Fast and reliable delivery:
- Delivery between 3 and 6 days after dispatch of the order (From our Warehouse in France)*
- Free delivery for orders over $99 VAT with UPS - All taxes included
- For orders between $49 and $99 (VAT included), a shipping fee of $9.90 (VAT included) will imply.
- For orders below $49 VAT included), a shipping fee of $19.90 (VAT included) will imply.
*Subject to customs clearance, which may cause additional delays.

Orders are shipped in plain boxes that do not mention Strap-on-me.
The sender that appears on the package is Lovely Planet and the tape used is neutral.
For your payment transactions (Credit Card or Paypal), the name that appears is Lovely Planet.
At no time will we use or transmit your personal data.
Refund terms: it's very simple!
The customer shall be responsible for return costs if the reason for the return is based on their right of withdrawal. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HARNESSES
Products must be unworn and in their packaging in good condition.
They must have their original labels. Products returned damaged, soiled or without labels will not be refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
We draw your attention to the fact that the returned product must be in its original UNOPENED packaging (security sticker NOT removed)
For obvious reasons of hygiene, our quality department reserves the right to refuse any product suspected of not meeting the strict criteria mentioned.
