These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the online sale of Strap-on-me products on www.strap-on-me.us.

These terms and conditions, together with the confirmed online order, constitute the contractual documents binding on both parties, to the exclusion of any other document, catalogue, prospectus or product photographs, which are provided for informational purposes only.

By validating their order, the customer confirms acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase.

Modification of General Terms and Conditions

The seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to any order is the one in force at the date the order is placed. A dated copy may be provided to the customer upon request.

Severability

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect. The temporary or permanent non-application of any clause shall not constitute a waiver of the remaining clauses.


Prices

All product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable sales tax and customs duties. Prices exclude shipping costs. Prices are fixed at the time the order is placed and cannot be modified once an order has been confirmed.

In the case of a promotional price, the seller undertakes to apply the promotional rate to any order placed during the stated promotional period.

Price Changes

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a price change after an order has been placed, only the price confirmed at the time of the order applies to the customer.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering for the order to be processed.

Non-Payment

Retention of Title

The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to quantities that are abnormally high relative to typical consumer purchasing behaviour.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

An order may be cancelled by the customer in the event of:

  • Delivery of a product that does not conform to the product's stated description
  • A delivery delay exceeding 30 days from the order date, after the seller has been formally notified and has failed to resolve the delay within a reasonable additional timeframe

Stock Availability

Products are offered subject to available stock. In the event of unavailability following an order being placed, the seller will immediately notify the buyer and may offer a product of equivalent quality and price, or a store credit for the full order value. If the buyer does not accept either option, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. No additional compensation is owed beyond the refund of the product price.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Strap-on-me is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

Return Conditions — Harnesses & Lingerie

  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging in perfect condition
  • Original labels must be intact and undamaged
  • Items returned damaged, soiled or without labels will not be eligible for a refund

Return Conditions — All Other Products

  • The product must be returned in its original unopened packaging with the security seal fully intact
  • For hygiene reasons, our quality team reserves the right to refuse any return where the product does not meet these strict conditions

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Please provide a clear photo or video demonstrating the defect. We will arrange the return at our expense and issue either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Refunds

Refunds are calculated based on the value of the item at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are refunded only in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned parcel. Discreet Delivery

All orders are shipped in discreet, sturdy packaging. No external markings identify the contents or the brand name.

If you wish to send a product as a gift, you may specify a delivery address different from the billing address at the time of checkout. In this case, the recipient will receive the package without an invoice; the invoice will be sent separately to the purchaser.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via UPS with the following terms:

  • Home delivery
  • 100% order value insurance
  • Online package tracking available at ups.com

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and your package held at the nearest UPS location. Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days and does not include order processing time.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer at the time of physical receipt. Products shipped by a carrier selected by the seller travel at the seller's risk. Products shipped by a carrier selected by the customer travel at the customer's risk from the moment the goods are handed to that carrier.


Privacy & Data Protection

In the course of its operations, Strap-on-me collects and processes customer data solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer relationship management. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes.

Responsibilities

Products offered on www.strap-on-me.us comply with applicable US standards and regulations. Strap-on-me cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the products sold.

Strap-on-me cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil any order in the event of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure. Force majeure includes any exceptional, external and unforeseeable event preventing the execution of the contract.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for full or partial payment of any order placed on www.strap-on-me.us. To redeem, enter the voucher code in the designated field at checkout. Gift vouchers may only be used once, are non-refundable for cash in whole or in part, and must be used before their stated expiry date. No change will be given on unused voucher balances. If a gift card is used for a purchase, any applicable refund will be returned in the form of a gift card.
