This page lists all offers currently available on www.strap-on-me.us and the terms that apply to them. These terms supplement our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Current offers

1. Free shipping on orders over $119

Shipping is free on all orders of $119 or more delivered within the United States.

The minimum amount is calculated on the value of the items, excluding shipping fees and after any discounts (promo codes, sale prices) have been applied.
The offer is applied automatically at checkout; no code is needed.
If a partial return brings the value of the items kept below the free-shipping threshold, no shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
Customs duties are covered by strap-on-me®: no additional fees are charged on delivery.

2. 15% off your first order when you sign up for our newsletter

Anyone who subscribes to the strap-on-me® newsletter receives a 15% discount code by email, valid on their first order.

Offer reserved for new subscribers and limited to one use per customer (same email address, shipping address or payment method).
The code does not expire.
The discount applies to the value of the items, excluding shipping fees.
The code can be used on items that are already on sale.
The code cannot be combined with any other promo code.
No minimum purchase is required.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; unsubscribing does not cancel a code you have already received.

3. "Last Chance" collection

The Last Chance collection features end-of-line items at reduced prices.

Available while stocks last.
These items are covered by the same warranty and the same 30-day return policy as all our other products.

4. Limited-time promotions

Limited-time promotions (sales, Black Friday, private sales, launch offers, etc.) may be offered throughout the year. The specific terms of each promotion (start and end dates, products included, discount amount, any code required) are stated on this page and in the communications for that promotion.

Terms applicable to all offers

Duration and availability

Offers are valid for the period stated for each of them and, unless otherwise stated, while stocks last.
Promotional prices apply to any order placed during the promotion period.
Offers with no end date remain valid until they are removed from this page. strap-on-me® reserves the right to modify or end them at any time; this has no effect on orders already placed.
Discounts shown on sale items are calculated from the regular price at which the item was offered before the promotion.

Combining offers

Unless otherwise stated, only one promo code can be used per order.
Free shipping can be combined with other offers, provided the order value after discounts reaches the required threshold.

Using promo codes

Codes must be entered at checkout in the field provided; no code can be applied after an order has been placed.
Codes are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
strap-on-me® reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent or abusive use of an offer (multiple accounts, resale, etc.).

Returns and refunds

Items purchased under an offer can be returned within 30 days of receipt, under the same conditions as all our other products. Refunds for items bought on sale or with a promo code are based on the price actually paid. A promo code that has been used is not reissued, except as a goodwill gesture. The offers on this page are valid only on www.strap-on-me.us and do not apply to purchases made from our resellers or on third-party marketplaces.
