Warranty process for Strap-on-Me products
The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, improper maintenance, damage of the product due to improper misuse, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as batteries and power cables, except in the case of failure due to faulty materials of the product and/or manufacturing.
The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
To process a warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from us, we have the proof of purchase on file. If you purchased from one of our many resellers, please provide us with the purchase invoice and ensure that the date of purchase of the product is visible.
Steps in the warranty process:
1. Send us your request via the form below with your complete and valid contact details, a proof of purchase with a legible purchase date, a description of the defect found and a photo or video showing that the product is defective.
2. After examining your request within one (1) to three (3) working days, our customer service department will contact you to send you a replacement product.
