Strap-on-Me Product Warranty Process
The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal conditions of use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
To process the warranty claim, an original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased on our site, we have the proof of purchase in our records. If you purchased from one of our many resellers, please provide us with the proof of purchase and make sure that the product purchase date is visible.
Steps of the warranty process: :
1. Send us your request via the form below with your complete and valid contact details, proof of purchase with a legible purchase date, description of the defect found, and a photo or video showing that the product is defective.
2. After examining your claim within one (1) to three (3) working days, our customer service will contact you to send a replacement product.
