I purchased the L (middle size) vibrating strap-on about 2.5 years ago, but it ended up being unopened for the first 1.5 years (I was not using it because I was dealing with medical problems). When I started actually using it, I really liked it at first, but the remote stopped working within 6 months and recently (after about a year of use) the vibrator itself stopped holding a charge altogether (usually vibrates for about 30 seconds and then fails). I don’t think I could justify repurchasing it if it will only last a year.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience with strap-on-me® was not fully satisfying. Please note that even without use, batteries and motors can deteriorate over time.
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, which has unfortunately expired in your case. However, we can send you a new remote control to check if the product recovers its full performance.
