I do wish that one would be offered in a longer and bigger circumference for when I'm ready to go bigger butt this one does the job so very well. It is very comfortable. When fully inserted and I'm just standing there is no discomfort, fills me up, and fits my insides just right. It glides right in and I slide over the the biggest bump smoothly. I'm using it to exercise and repair Hypertonic Pelvic Floor issues, and this is the best tool/toy I've found!
